Historic 4 bedroom farm house

This historic farm house is locally known as the Berry House.  It overlooks Rangeley Lake  and is located on a property now known as the Lodges. It sits on a hill almost directly across from The Whip Willow Farm scenic overview! that is part of the National Scenic Byways and State of Maine Scenic Byways. It is one block from Dallas Hill Rd and a very short drive to Saddleback.

Enjoy beautifuls sunsets over the Rangeley Lake. Located close to the best the area has to offer. Just a short walk to the town of Rangeley, convenient  for  shopping, movies, dining and much more. Very close to Saddleback Mountain, the town beach , Haley Pond where you can rent canoes and kayaks, motor boat and snow mobile rentals are also close by. It’s a short drive to Rangeley Lake State Park for sightseeing, boating, fishing , swimming or just relaxing, just seven miles to Saddleback Mountain and right on the snowmobile trail system.

The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on each level).
There is a large bedroom downstairs with a queen and twin bed. There are three bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds and one with a bunk bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a new dishwasher and floor and other updates, and there are two dinning areas: one inside and one on the porch. There is a mud room entry with a laundry room. The house has satellite TV downstairs and upstairs in the queen bedroom. Both bathrooms have a tub/ shower. There is a large porch with an eating area, with couch and chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. A great house for one or two families. Great for all seasons.

Price this summer per night is $175 (with a 3 night minimum) or $800 per week. the Our winter 2013 rate is $200 per night and $1200 per week non holiday and $225 per night and $1400 a week for vacation weeks.  Payment in full secures reservations.
